Bangladesh Election Commission assures the overall planning; administration and management of voter awareness, training to data enumeration personnel and household level enumeration of voters. Bangladesh Army was entrusted with training of data entry operators, managing ICT hardware and software, registration centers and Servers etc.

Bangladesh Navy was engaged in the Coastal Area while Bangladesh Air Force provided air transport service in the hard-to-reach area in Chittagong Hill Tracts.

Local Administration, Local Government Institutions and Officers/Staff of different Government Offices, Teachers of Educational Institutions were involved in planning, co-ordination, supervision, public awareness etc.

Election Working Group, NGOs, Print and Electronic Media, Political Leaders, Civil Society Representative, Religious Leaders, Minority Groups played a vital role in the field of massive public awareness and publicity.
