Data collection and integration takes place at two phases.

Data Collector's collect voter's data and incorporate them into the prescribed Registration Forms. Voters attend the registration centers at the appointed date and time. Data Entry Operator takes photo and fingerprint and uploads voter data and scanned fingerprint, signatures, photograph etc. into the laptop computer.

Special arrangement is made to take the photographs and fingerprint of the disabled and/or sick and aged person at home. Data Collected in registration centers are uploaded to the local server daily and when finished an Upazilla's Data receiving that send to the central server finally.
